Paws e-Track gives you an efficient system that makes processing orders easy, while giving you greater access to information. The Paws e-Track software was designed by Gateway with the specific purpose of managing the pet aftercare ordering process. Paws e-Track is a proprietary system that is ONLY available to Gateway clinics, and uses barcode scanning technology along every step of the journey
Learning by Gateway is a new online continuing education tool exclusively available to Gateway’s partner clinics. The program offers RACE approved CE credits, focused on pet aftercare and a positive client experience, end of life, compassion fatigue & much more.
Losing a pet is one of the most difficult things a person can experience. Whether it is sudden or anticipated, the loss of a pet is a highly emotional time. We are proud to offer the Pet Compassion Careline, exclusive to all partner clinics and pet parents. Our Pet Compassion Careline is staffed 24/7 exclusively by Master’s and Ph.D. level clinicians with at least 5 years’ experience in the counseling field. When you contact the Pet Compassion Careline, your call is immediately answered by a Careline grief counselor
